Everone come on down to the First ever Riverfest at the Kwantis park in Hamilton on 9th Street for some fun for the kids, Great Music by the MudFlaps and Try our new Philly Cheese Sandwich. The Fun starts at 11:00 and ends at 6:00. See You there!
What a fun time! I learned how to fly a fly (is that a phrase)? Well Eddie from Fish Eddy O Outfitters was teaching anyone who wanted to try and learn how to cast a fly rod… and now I am ready to get a rod and try.. I do mean try on my own. The animal presentation was a huge success and so was the rock painting. Towards the evening I saw several parents over there painting rocks too. Everyone could go from station to station and learn about the river, fish, weeds, and erosion, which was something to see the demonstration. The Mudflaps were great as usual, and everyone was enjoying the beautiful day and the park. Bitter Root Water Forum is already getting ready for next year’s event.
